Annmarie’s Chocolate Pudding (US)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 cups coconut milk (full fat – like Native Forest Brand, classic)
  • 6 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 pinch unrefined salt
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat coconut milk in a saucepan.
  2. Add cacao powder, salt and sweetener.
  3. Take off heat and stir in chia seeds. Stir well.
  4. Pour into pudding cups, let cool and refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours).
