INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 cups coconut milk (full fat – like Native Forest Brand, classic)
- 6 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 pinch unrefined salt
- 2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat coconut milk in a saucepan.
- Add cacao powder, salt and sweetener.
- Take off heat and stir in chia seeds. Stir well.
- Pour into pudding cups, let cool and refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours).
