INGREDIENTS:
500 g soft dried dates without stones
3 dl diluted apple juice or water
1½ dl peanut butter or almond butter or hazelnut butter
1 dl coconut oil
2 spoonfuls ground flax/linseeds
1 tsp vanilla powder
4 spoonfuls raw cocoa powder
2 tsp gluten-free baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¾ dl millet flour
¾ dl coconut flour
2 handfuls of pecans or walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
Boil the dates in diluted apple juice or water for 10 minutes. Blend and cool down.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Put the dough in a baking form about 30×40 cm.
Bake the brownies at 175 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes.
