Klara’s Crackers
Ingredients:
- 2 rounded tablespoons almonds
- 2 rounded tablespoons chick peas, soaked overnight and then boiled
- 2 tablespoons linseeds/flaxseeds
- unrefined salt
- 3 eggs
1) Put first 3 ingredients in a food processor and process to flour consistency.
2) Add a pinch of unrefined salt
3) Add 3 eggs and let it blend for a while.
4) Add whole sesame seeds and/or pumpkin seeds and/or sunflower seeds to make a thick porridge.
5) Spread VERY thin on baking sheet covered with baking/parchment paper, make crack lines with a knife and bake for about 45-60 minutes at 160° C/320° F.
