Magnus is a 5 year old boy in Norway, whose mom says he loves this bread which is free of gluten, dairy and sugar!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3dl (or 1.25 cups) Crushed Flaxseed
- 5dl (or 2 cups) Sunflower Kernels
- 10dl (or 2.25 cups) Gluten-free Oatmeal
- 4dl (or 1.75 cups) Bogvete (Buckwheat) Whole Flakes)
- 1 teaspoon Unrefined Sea Salt
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder (without Aluminum)
- 6 teaspoons Psyllium Husks
- 1L (32 fl oz) Water
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Mix all the ingredients together by hand or using an electric mixer. Pour into two loaf pans and bake for 90 minutes.
